Powers & Santola, LLP, Adds Two New Attorneys and a Rochester Office

ALBANY, NY (Oct. 30, 2017) – Powers & Santola, LLP, is pleased to announce the addition of two attorneys to the firm and the opening of a new office in Rochester, NY.

Amber L. Wright, Esq.Amber L. Wright, Esq., joined Powers & Santola, LLP as an associate in July. Wright will be representing clients throughout Upstate New York.

Prior to law school, Wright developed a passion for working with seriously ill or injured people during her numerous years as a radiology cardiovascular technologist. Upon graduating magna cum laude from Albany Law School, Wright accepted a position as an associate in the litigation department of a Capital District area law firm, focusing on personal injury cases.

Joining Powers & Santola, Wright brings both her passion for helping others as well as her outstanding legal and medical background, making her a perfect addition to Powers & Santola’s Albany location.

Kelly Wolford, Esq.Kelly Wolford, Esq., has joined the firm as the resident partner of the firm’s new Rochester, NY office.

As an Assistant Monroe County District Attorney, Wolford worked tirelessly for the victims of crime for more than 20 years, prosecuting many of Monroe County’s most violent criminals. She is known in Rochester not only for her trial skills, but also as an accomplished appellate lawyer, having argued numerous cases before the New York State Court of Appeals and Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Wolford is a former Monroe County Court Judge and is a frequent lecturer for the New York State Prosecutor’s Training Institute and local law enforcement training programs.

In Rochester, Wolford will continue the tradition of Powers & Santola, LLP, seeking justice for those seriously or catastrophically injured.
